Lake Bernard has 50 km of interesting irregularities in shoreline and the most attractive inhabitants are families of loons. The water is so clear it is pumped directly from the lake, filtered and used as the cottage's water supply for washing and cooking. While some cottagers may use it as drinking water, the property owners bring in potable water.Not only is the lake clean and clear, it's stocked with Bass and Trout, so fishing's great!
